Q: How do I get started?
A: Once you fill out your information and hit the "Book Now" button, I will receive your contact information and contact you shortly. I will then email you an introduction packet, which includes an intake form.

Q: Should I expect to pay any extra fees to get started?
A: No. You will only pay for the services that you specifically request.

Q: How long is my first appointment, and how often do I have a nutrition counseling session?
A: Great question! The initial consultation will be a 90-minute in-person meeting. This is so we can get to know each other, gather anthropometrics, review your intake form, and set some goals. After that, the follow-up nutrition counseling sessions will be a 30-minute virtual meeting (Zoom, Google Chat, or FaceTime). You can decide how often you would like to have a follow-up session. Typically, I recommended a 1-week follow-up at first and then space it to bi-weekly.

Q: How do I stay organized with my nutrition guidance and goals?
A: Glad you asked! There is a newly adopted platform where I will provide you instructions on downloading the client app for Android and iOS. This will allow you to have a nutrition dashboard at your fingertips! Some of the features include a place to log your food diary, access your meal plan, track your goals and recommendations, measurements, appointments, and private messaging with Angela.

Q: How long am I obligated to work with Angela?
A: There is no obligation. You can utilize my services as much or as little as you'd like. I'm happy to be your accountability and support for as long as you want. A wellness journey is just that, a journey. Please don't feel unnecessary pressure, but know that I hope that we can both put our best effort forward so you see the healthful results you are looking for.
